At Costal Links, we strive to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, including methods, timelines, and important details. Please note that some items may ship from different warehouse locations or directly from our manufacturing partners.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
Available for all orders. Most items ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and destination.
Expedited Shipping
Available at checkout for select items. Additional fees apply.
International Shipping
Available to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary based on destination.
Shipping Origins
Warehouse Fulfillment
Items in stock typically ship within 3–4 business days.
Manufacturer Direct
Some items ship directly from our manufacturing partners. Processing times for these items may take 3–7 business days, depending on production and availability.
Delivery Timeframes
Domestic (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
Manufacturer Direct Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited shipping may not be available
International:
Delivery times vary by country and typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination
- Free standard shipping may be offered during promotions
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes (customer responsibility)
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM may begin processing the next business day
- Manufacturer-direct items may require additional processing time
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information
- For manufacturer-direct items, tracking may take 1–2 business days to update
Shipping Restrictions
- Some items may have shipping limitations due to size, weight, or destination
- Oversized items may not ship to PO boxes or qualify for expedited shipping
- International shipping is not available for all products (see product pages for details)
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Lost Shipments:
If your order is lost, notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
